  We were very impressed with the facilities. Quite often although a hotel claims to have a gym and pool they rarely offer the sort of quality found at this Novotel. There is also a fantastic cocktail bar and restaurant on site and amazing views. - City inn was absolutely brilliant. Clean and spacious,the room even had a Thames view. There was a computer in the room and broadband was free. I wish I had known about the complimentary tea/coffee/cakes which were out of view in a cupbord in the room and I only found out later when booking out.

  Nice check in experience - after asking staff about our welcome bottle of wine it arrived on ice to our room within minutes. An excellent way to start a night out. Room service was reduced by 25% between 3 and 5pm so had some food too. King Prawn Ceasar salad was great. Don't expect a great river view unless you have paid extra, perfect location... hva folk sier » for all the main tourist activities in London. - Room was very clean and comfortable. The concierge was extremely helpfulin helping us with transport to the airport, as well as with suggestionsfor a nice restaurant. The kitchen is also very good. It was the besthotel that I've ever stayed at in London.
