  I found this Hotel excellent value, the staff were really lovely and very helpful. I felt really at home.   The rooms were very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. It was open plan with two double beds but had 2 ensuite showers which was a definite bonus. Most of the staff were very helpful and went out of their way to ensure that we had an enjoyable stay which we very much appreciated. The location was great, very easy to get to either from Lond... hva folk sier » on Bridge or Borough Tube Station, both were about a 10 - 15 min walk. It was easy to catch a bus to the London Eye/Embankment, the bus stop was a few - Helpful staff, quiet on courtyard view, clean, cooking for ourselves saved money so made the price reasonable compared to hotel and cost of eating out. Staff arranged adjacent room for our family so we all met for family gathering. We will return. Near enough for river & Eye, Aquarium, Tower Bridge. Local area is interesting renovated old warehouses.

  This is the best hotel I had ever stayed in London. It has all facilities a busy traveller needs including excellent free internet in the rooms and wireless in the lobby, very responsive staff, spacious and impeccably clean rooms.   This was an ideal basis for exploring London and especially only 5 mins walk from Sadler's Wells theatre. Even though this was an apartment there was a 24hour reception/concierge who was more than happy to help with queries and look after our luggage on check-out day. - Spacious 2 bed / bathroom apartment.
