So, when pound becomes strong again, I would not choose this hotel because of high room rate. - At £135 a night so close to the tube in a small but cosy and clean, wellfurnished room I was impressed by the hotel. Plus free wifi/internet andbreakfast included made this excellent value. The staff were veryhelpful and welcoming.

There are a variety of restaurants near the hotel including Chinese, Indian and Greek although since we weren't too hungry we picked up a sandwich and dessert from the M&S in Paddington Station and ate it in the room. It was nice to have a separate shower and bath and also a separate toilet. The room was very well sound proofed given its proximity between Paddington station and the dual carriageway. Plus the pool, gym and sauna was a bonus. Highly recommended for those arriving at Paddington station.
