  Single room to roadside was clean and tidy, enough space, shower and toilet nearby on the aisle, but for privat use only, was clean and ok, breakfast in the Pub downstairs was continental, a little bit simple but sufficent (coffe/tea, toast, ham, cheese, cereals, juice, fruits), staff friendly and polite. Situated good (10min walk from Kilburn Und... hva folk sier » erground Station, 20min Jubilee Line ride to city center), Kilburn is very cosmopolite, so there is plenty opportunity nearby for excellent dining (or - Room was very spacious, and even had a cute old fashioned stove as an 'original feature' I assume. Wi-Fi was excellent. Table and chairs so you can eat in the room and not be on the bed which was nice. Also we had a sink, fridge, and stove etc in our room. Would've come in handy on a longer stay. Overall it proved a good option for us, as we have been to London several times before, maybe not the best for a first time visitor.

  Beliggenheten passet godt for meg , da jeg skulle oppholde meg endel i nærheten. - very good location for underground connections etc. excellent value good service rooms fab highly recommended - A great choice for leisure trips to London. Hilton quality without the central London prices!

  Myself & my cousin stayed at the Ibis in London for one night as we were attending a Jethro Tull concert at the Royal Albert Hall. The hotel was central to what we were doing. The room the hotel gave us was for a disabled person/s (which I am to a certain extent) but did not reserve a room for a disabled person/S. How much closer could you be to Shepherds Bush Green and Westfield. Ubber Modern hotel with nice security features, lovely room with huge shower and a bed that is a comfy as my own (that takes some doing!) sound proofed room so even though the hotel is above and adjacent to West 12 shopping complex - you really hear nothing from outside the room! - Aircon that works and is controllable - I have stayed at a few Ibis Hotels and this one in W12 is top of the tree thus far - For a stay in

  I had a newly refurbished room which was excellent, however the old rooms are tired. The new rooms are a huge success and improvement. - the hotel staff was really helpful cos r car broke down and they help us out lots i would recommend this hotel to other people

  I come down to London every month through my job with Outward Bound, and I have never stayed in a hotel that is so close, just across the road from the London office, which is great, especially when you come from Scotland and not used to the tubes and trains - There was a problem with my door as within 5 minutes of calling, someone was there to loo... hva folk sier » k at it. They also offered to change my room for me. Excellent customer service.
