To start off our 3 days we were arriving after the check in time, but the owner stayed up to let us in and told us the best way to get into town to get something to eat. homely feel due to there being all the facilities such as a clean cooker, washing machine..etc that we required for our stay. also liked the fact that it was an apartment that we could come and go as we pleased rather than having to go to a hotel reception for the keys or throgh a reception area and also that we did not have to leave the room to go

My partner and I really enjoyed our time here. It was clean, friendly and great value for money. The staff always had time for any questions. It felt like a hotel with a great plus of a kitchen. I would stay again and I would also recommend it to friends and family. -

Perfect location, close to centre of town. Received a very warm welcome, lovely people running the bed and breakfast in a relaxed, efficient way, they couldn`t have been more helpful. My room was clean, comfortable and had all I needed, the house itself is a beautiful old Edinburgh town house. Fantastic breakfast and I look forward to staying again for my next great night out in the big Toun!

The apartment is very located to the city center(10 mins walk). You don't need the car because evrything is at your fingertips. The place is quiet and very close to Tesco supermarket. The apartment was very clean and well provided. Good forniture and wi-fi. Car park is safe and it is near the building.

Room was very nicely and comfortably furnished, inpeccably clean that it
made me feel at home immediately. There were nearby bus stops but I had
preferred to walk (about 15 minutes to Waverley Station). A large
supermarket (Tesco) is 5 minutes away and so are a number of
restaurants. I went on a day tour that set off early in the morning and
John (the owner) gladly served breakfast earlier than usual for me, so
that was great hospitality. If it were not fully booked, I'd have
loved to stay at M
