Before they could let us into our room, they kept our bags for us, so we could get acquainted with our surroundings.   We were very impressed with the facilities. Quite often although a hotel claims to have a gym and pool they rarely offer the sort of quality found at this Novotel. Room service was reduced by 25% between 3 and 5pm so had some food too. King Prawn Ceasar salad was great.
