  The hotel staff was really friendly and very helpful. The room - although small - was well furnished and quiet. - The staff were amazing my husband was ill and they were so helpful in making sure our needs were met.

  I am very impressed with the attention and positivity of all the hotel personnel we have been in contact with. Originally we booked 4 nights in another central London hotel, but we were very displeased with that hotel's room condition and the way their personnel attended to our complaints. After one night's stay we cancelled the other hotel, found... hva folk sier » Flemings and moved to it. Both the personnel and hotel were very good/comforting and a big relief after our not so good experience. This is a hotel I - The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, even though we arrived much later than anticipated. The room was very clean, comfortable and quite luxurious. The location of the hotel was fantastic for us. It was within walking distance of many great restaurants, shops and tourist attractions without it feeling too hectic. The transport links were also very good and only a 3 minute walk away. I cannot wait to stay at the Flemings Mayfair again.

  Har bodd der flere ganger - bra standard for et 4 stjerners hotell. Rene pene rom, pent bad og god frokost. Nær sentrum, men hotellet ligger i en rolig gate. - TV has a Japanese channel(JSTV), excellent breakfast, clean and large room. convenient location(2-3 minutes walk from Earls Court underground station). So, when pound becomes strong again, I would not choose this hotel because of high room rate. - At £135 a night so close to the tube in a small but cosy and clean, wellfurnished room I was impressed by the hotel. Plus free wifi/internet andbreakfast included made this excellent value. The staff were veryhelpful and welcoming.
