  Hotellpersonale var bare helt fantastiske, de hjalp oss med alt mellom himmel og jord. Vi fikk tilogmed privatsjåfør tilbake til flyplassen. Rommet var stort og rent, det var lite trafikkstøy og ellers veldig rolig. - Veldig sentralt i forhold til T-bane

  Easy access from Heatrow Express.Reasonably sized rooms, new and clean, receptionists helpfull and smiling - Close to Paddingtion station, the room is clean, excellent service - it has the most courteous staff. Well-trained and really good-mannered. I arrived really early (due to my early flight), and they let me check-in anyway because there was a... hva folk sier » room available. This is what I call considerate and flexible service. Some hotels would stick to their check-in time regardless! - The hotel was very modern, with very cclean and well set-out rooms. It was nice to have a separate shower and bath and also a separate toilet. The room was very well sound proofed given its proximity between Paddington station and the dual carriageway. Plus the pool, gym and sauna was a bonus. Highly recommended for those arriving at Paddington station.

  The whole hotel. The room was nice, modern and clean; the bathroom was very big, looked new and clean, the backyard is a fairy tale (lucky us, we where there just the day of the big snowfall!!   Har bodd der flere ganger - bra standard for et 4 stjerners hotell. Rene pene rom, pent bad og god frokost. Plus free wifi/internet andbreakfast included made this excellent value. The staff were veryhelpful and welcoming.
