  We stayed there 5 years ago and decided to stay again as it was such a convenient and friendly venue. We went out for a celebration dinner on Friday evening and I happened to mention that it was our 53rd wedding anniversary. We've travelled all over the world and wouldn't have expected that kindness even from a 5 st - My mum and i stayed at this Premier inn as we were going to see Bon Jovi at Aston Villa FC, we really liked seeing the banners of Bon Jovi on arrival. The receptionist was very helpful and booked a taxi to the venue. I have to say i would stay with them again and all the people in Birmingham were very pleasant and helpful.

The hotel was clean and I had left valuables in my room (forgot to put them in the free safe) and the cleaners did not steal anything.   Seeing as this hotel only opened up 5 days before I arrived it was immaculate, clean, tidy, fresh, open, bright, welcoming and many more. The beds were nice a soft i - The hotel was easy to find, as I arrived at the Birmingham train station (about 15 minutes walk). At arrival, staff was friendly and check-in straightforward and quick. They gave me big room with a double-bed, with a modern decoration in the 8th floor. A great desk and office chair for work with laptop was available. A generous LCD with relatively good variety of British TV programs. The room was very quite, no noises interrupted me at sleep. Breakfast quality was compatible with paid amount.

  I had a single room that was a good size, clean and comfortable. With free WiFi and room enough to spread work out the room doubled up as a rather useful office too. I'll certainly be using the hotel again and have already recommended it to a couple of associates.   Very helpful, Knowledgable & Informative staff (we went for a concert), Clean & Comfy rooms, we liked the fact that they served food until 1am for everyone coming back from the concert and that they extended their breakfast hours the following morning.   This was my second stay here (and I've booked for a third in September) and it was as good as the first time. Friendly staff, good food, nice beer and a very clean and comfortable bed. - The staff were very pleasant and very helpful. Also they were cheerful. The room was nice and clean, but was a bit to hot for me.
