  Hotellpersonale var bare helt fantastiske, de hjalp oss med alt mellom himmel og jord. Vi fikk tilogmed privatsjåfør tilbake til flyplassen. Rommet var stort og rent, det var lite trafikkstøy og ellers veldig rolig. - Veldig sentralt i forhold til T-bane

  We stayed at the hotel for only one night as we were seeing a concert at wembley, the staff where very friendly and could not do enough to help us in our stay including sorting out our journey to and from our event, the room was very clean , crisp white, bed sheets on our four poster ( very comfy) bed , we were a little late for breakfast but the ... hva folk sier » staff were still very obliging and made sure we had breakfast. I would definatley stay at this hotel and recommend it to our friends. - Staff was very helpful, room was fresh, new, clean and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was very modern.   I truly experienced this hotel in every aspect and overall, my stay was exceptional!!!!! When I checked in, although I booked a twin room, they offered me a double room and even toured me through both to allow me to see them before making my choice. The rooms are typical London size, small, but very nice. The towels in the bathroom were incredible... hva folk sier » - huge and fluffy! Having the use of the iPad to place room service orders made it very nice to avoid early morning calls. I had dinner at the restau - Lovely hotel.   I booked into this hotel due to its proximity to the Hammersmith Apollo (went to see Josh Widdicombe - great stand-up comedian, fantastic gig!) There are a small row of shops over the road which is handy, and the grove restaurant opposite is lovely too and was offering a discount to London Grove guests while we were there! The breakfast was good - cereal, yoghurt, fried/scrambled eggs on toast and tea/coffee.the lady who makes the breakfast is so lovely and immediately
