The Hotel is in a very central location, close to the station, whish was very important for us as we did not hire a car. - I was in a brand new room, so it was very clean and in good condition. Location to underground station (Gloucester Road) is excellent.

Butlers - extremely helpful, friendly, & efficient
Rooms - we stayed at the Adria twice during our European travels, for 4 nights at the beginning and 2 nights at the end. The rooms are larger than I expect in London, the bathroom floors are heated, the decor is elegant and understated, the bedding is extremely comfortable.
Location: Kensington is a superb neighborhood, with lots of restaurants nearby, close to Kensington Palace & Hyde Park

This is a quality hotel in a good area. The staff are very professional and the Concierge team (particularly Head Concierge, Rafiq) very helpful. I have stayed 5 - 6 times over the past 9 months and have been in different double rooms each time and all are clean and attractively designed and with adequate space. Overall a very positive experience. Large spacious rooms, modern but very comfortable. Staff very helpful. Super location close to Tube Station, Chelsea / Kensington. Toward Knightsbrigde, we can walk through Wolton street which is interesting.
