Location - Lakeside views, especially when in dining room. Staff in dining room very courteous and eager to please. Dinner good but breakfast could have been better. Toast soggy and cold and bacon only cooked on one side.

Bed was comfortable and we had a quiet area to stay in. Very nice modern pool with hot tub and sauna & steam room and family changing rooms. Modern hotel throughout. There are shops and Farnborough centre nearby (walking distance away) which is handy. -
