  Staff were friendly on arrival and during our stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice a good variety. Nice pool/spa. Good location 10 min walk to Kings Cross tube. NCP car park 5 min walk. - Reasonable sized room; good quality furniture. Very good swimming pool, jacuzzi etc. with good changing facilities & showers.

  from the moment we checked in the reception and the service was excellent, although one of the rooms were not ready, we were welcomed and given coffee and stacks with compliments - we liked that the hotel was close to the tube station - made it very easy for traveling in and around london. also the spa was very relaxing

The hotel is in the heart of the business district, so it is a quieter neighborhood on the weekends, but bustling during the week. Requests were dealt with immediately and we even got a tour of the hotel as we were interested in the history and architecture. The location is ideal.   We stayed at the hotel for my husband's 50th birthday. He is keen on trains so I requested, and got, a room overlooking the station. He was in his element. We arrived at 1pm and went in to drop our bags off but the staff were able to check us into our room which was a bonus. This is a beautiful hotel in a great location.
