  Fantastic location only 5 mins from Euston. As they say small but perfectly formed and spotlessly clean. The staff that we seen were friendly and Sylvia on reception was very nice and extremely helpful. We were in a basement room at front of building but it was very bright and airy. It was clean and cosy and well located (2 minutes from Euston Square tube station, 4 from Euston Train Station where you will find a supermarket open until late, 15-20 minutes walking to Oxford Street).   Very good - hotel spotless. It must be noted that I am in agreement that the hotel rooms are very small. It may help to put in the room dimensions in. If you were a 'larger' than average build you may struggle. The Staff were fantastic, very polite and couldnt do enough for you - even opening up a bottle of my own wine to drink in my room.   The hotel is super clean, both rooms and shared bathrooms. It has a beautiful green terrace and nice breakfast. Very close to metro station and the center of London. Staff is very kind, they allowed us to leave our staff in the hotel before check-in and after check-out free of charge.   Although I was traveling alone, I booked a large studio for 2 nights. I dropped my suitcase at the reception in the morning as there were no free rooms at that time yet and did the check-in later in the afternoon. Cartwright Garden studios are very conveniently located, within a 5-minute walk to King's Cross and St Pancras Inter - Perfect location. 5 mins walk from St. Pancreas station. Very safe area. Even though our budget studio was small, around 110 sq ft, we were most impressed that the hotel managed to fit a frig, stove top, an oven, sink, microwave, a small wall hung vaccum and even a separate small freezer on just one side. Lots of storage space as well in such a small room. The hotel has put a lot of thought to maximize the usage of every inch of the room! We stayed in room #1, seemed just newly renovated since

Helpful staff and great location to shopping, dining and all the sights!   Friendly staff, my wife and I enjoyed our stay. This was under £100 to stay on Sunday night, so good value. I don't know whether it would be the same value for standard rate (sometime twice as much). Hotel rooms were of adequate size and very clean. Breakfast was in the price and usual British fried breakfast of sausage, bacon, eggs, scrambled egg... hva folk sier » s and stewed tomatoes. Toast laid on too. Hotel is slightly back from Euston Rd nearer to St Pancras than Euston and in a nice Victorian crescent of t - Front desk staff extremely nice and helpful. Street and neighborhood are safe and quiet, yet within 10 minutes walk of three tube stations, Kings Cross, Euston Square, and Russell Square. Rooms may be small, and stairs narrow, but you can't beat the charm of this historic building and neighborhood. Hearty buffet breakfast with eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, yogurt, cereal, coffee, tea, etc. Would definitely stay here again.
