  Very good - hotel spotless. It must be noted that I am in agreement that the hotel rooms are very small. It may help to put in the room dimensions in. If you were a 'larger' than average build you may struggle. The Staff were fantastic, very polite and couldnt do enough for you - even opening up a bottle of my own wine to drink in my room. The rooms were a bit small, but very clean. I would recommend a stay at this hotel and will certainly go back. Very good value for money!!

  Although I was traveling alone, I booked a large studio for 2 nights. I dropped my suitcase at the reception in the morning as there were no free rooms at that time yet and did the check-in later in the afternoon. Cartwright Garden studios are very conveniently located, within a 5-minute walk to King's Cross and St Pancras Inter - Perfect location. 5 mins walk from St. Pancreas station. Very safe area. Even though our budget studio was small, around 110 sq ft, we were most impressed that the hotel managed to fit a frig, stove top, an oven, sink, microwave, a small wall hung vaccum and even a separate small freezer on just one side. Lots of storage space as well in such a small room. The hotel has put a lot of thought to maximize the usage of every inch of the room! We stayed in room #1, seemed just newly renovated since

  Arrived very early from a very long flight and allowed us to check in straight away. Room was cleaned every day and fresh towels. Helpful staff and great location to shopping, dining and all the sights! Front desk arranged a driver to Gatwick airport at very short notice early in the morning, they went above and beyond to help us. Many nice restaurants and pub at 5 minutes walking. Also British Museum and University of London are at only 10 minutes walk. Perfect location: 20 min walk to Pancras station, 15 min walk to Chinatown-Soho, 20 min walk to Trafalgar square, 25 min walk to Big Ben tower. British Museum, one of the best in the world, is only 5 min away. Personnel very kind: we needed a British electric plug. Instead of buying one, we could use one from the hotel during our 5 day stay.   The location was amazing - right across the road from St Pancras/Kings Cross train station. There were plenty of eating places with a minutes walk. The hotel also offered a discount in a local restaurant. The room was spacious, well lit and tastefully decorated. I didnt feel as if I was in a busy area of the city, it was a peaceful oasis. The whol... hva folk sier » e place was clean and comfortable with enough of a hint of luxury without being arrogant with it. - We came into London by Eurostar to see a show and then we had to get to Heathrow the next morning. This hotel is perfectly positioned for easy access to all the train stations we needed and although the room was small, it was spotless And refurbished. We took a street level room as there are no lifts and we had heavy cases and with the air con on plus the double glazing had no issues with noise. Great for a short stay.

  Vi, 2 voksne + 2 tenåringer brukte hotellet som base under vår langweekend i London. Bra beliggenhet, nær undergrunn og busstopp. Hotellet lå litt skjermet for trafikk, så det var rolig om natta.   Staff were friendly on arrival and during our stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice a good variety. Nice pool/spa. Good location 10 min walk to Kings Cross tube. NCP car park 5 min walk. - Reasonable sized room; good quality furniture. Very good swimming pool, jacuzzi etc. with good changing facilities & showers.

  This hotel is a gem. Strategically located for the theatre and shopping district we could not have asked for more central. Newly refurbished we booked a small room but beleive me is big enough and has a clever boat like seating area with a desk and all plugs you can need. Unfurtunately it was bitterly cold but it must be magni - Location: near British Museum which we were visiting for exhibition; virtually next door to Holborn Tube; close to Oxford Street but also next to the greenery and relative peace of Lincoln's Inn Fields - so a quiet night.   Location! It's in a quiet side street just next to covent garden, absolutely brilliant for shopping and going out! They have single-glased windows but you don't hear a thing from what's going on around covent garden! The rooms have a traditional english interior design, which we love! We got offered to have our cases carried up to our room, but they weren't heavy so we didn't mind doing it ourselves. Howev - We liked absolutely everything about the Fielding. It's a little bit quirky which makes it even more perfect! Fabulous location, so quiet too! We walked to Spittalfields and beyond and back! We live on the south coast and were woken by seagulls! Felt like home from home. Manageress/owner was so friendly & welcoming, made us feel individual rather than just another guest. Bed was oh-so-comfy, and the shower had a seperate hand-spray too, hooray! 10 out of 10, a little gem!
