  from the moment we checked in the reception and the service was excellent, although one of the rooms were not ready, we were welcomed and given coffee and stacks with compliments - we liked that the hotel was close to the tube station - made it very easy for traveling in and around london. also the spa was very relaxing

The room was modern and stylishly decorated with a super king sized bed.   we both like the stay from the first minute me and my son arrived. the staff was very friendly and helpsome - Nice well appointed rooms even tough there were problems with the TV that the hotel was unable to fix during my two night stay (picture flipped upside down for no apprant reason).
