  Personalet var veldig hyggelig. Vi kom til Leeds i bil og hadde litt problem med å finne veien. Vi ringte hotellet og fikk guide hjelp hele veien frem til hotellet.Vi fikk senere vite at Leeds er en veldig vanskelig by å kjøre i. - I was very impressed with the layout of the room (seperate toilet and shower room for 2+ guests, sit down shower/bath ... hva folk sier » for comfort etc) and the colour scheme of the room, the sheets were lovely and the bed was very comfortable. Our rooms were clean and close to the very swift lift and it was very easy to feel at home. The staff were friendly and helpful if we needed anything. - Clean ,comfortable, quiet, hotel.We had booked through an internet site for £59 but then saw your Autumn offer for £59 including breakfast.I was very impressed with your customer service who agreed without hesitation to include the breakast as a sign of good will.Excellent hotel which i would use again and recommend to others.

  Rommet og badet var bra. Nydelig seng med dyne!Nydelig frokost. Hyggelige servitører - Well simply just loved the room we were given it was a great size compared with other friends room we had every up in our room for pre drinks before heading out it set the mood jsut right. The room service was great and efficent, staff were helpful and caring. Al... hva folk sier » l together enjoyed staying at this hotel for that price and would recomend it. - The location of the hotel was perfect all shops restaurants bars clubs are on the doorstep,the staff were fantastic no problems at all the breakfast was a choice of 12 items from the hot plate plus anything else you could think of from the cold section.The room was like a suite with bathrobes,fruit,wineand a fantastic bed.
