  Kitchen and 2 bedrooms was nice for the extra room, especially in a city. The location was excellent - restaurants and grocery stores and pubs were close. It was also close to the tube where we could go into many areas of London and it was also a tube stop from the Heathrow airport - very convenient. - The hotel was on one tube line from the ai... hva folk sier » rport which made it very convenient. It is 4 mins walk to Earl's court which was central to museums, shops and parks. The flat was very roomy! Two bedrooms plus a kitchen and den area.

  This was a brilliant stay for me and my young family to stay here for 2 nights. We were upgraded to a 2 bed 2 bath apartment (having booked a 2 bed 1 bath). The reception were very helpful putting a cot and highchair in the room ready for our arrival. The apartment was clean and tidy and the kitchen was very well equipped. I was able to fix my you... hva folk sier » ng family meals (as they are at an age when restaurants are a bit of a nightmare!). The apartments were also very quiet too. We loved that they were w - We were grandparents, parents and a two year old. The 2 bedroom,2 bath layout was perfect for us. It wasn't The Savoy, where we stayed last in London, but so good with the family. The kitchen was well equipped and allowed us to awaken leisurely and enjoy breakfast at our own pace. The layout of the apt. let us share the babytime nicely. The location was superb; short walk to good Waitrose groceries, and Kensington Park, and even Sloane Square lunch and shopping. The staff was very helpful

  I truly experienced this hotel in every aspect and overall, my stay was exceptional!!!!! When I checked in, although I booked a twin room, they offered me a double room and even toured me through both to allow me to see them before making my choice. Having the use of the iPad to place room service orders made it very nice to avoid early morning calls. I had dinner at the restau - Lovely hotel. Fine hospitality, pleasant, helpful staff; beautiful, quiet room; comfortable bed with luxurious bedding; good amenities; soft, thick towels and robe. Very clean with a modern but warm ambiance. Whimsical, luxurious touches e.g. artistic swan sculpted from towels; pleasant rooms for dining. Convenient location for underground (short walk to Earl's Court) and some major cultural and other sights.

  Overall a very positive experience. Large spacious rooms, modern but very comfortable. Staff very helpful. Super location close to Tube Station, Chelsea / Kensington. Would definetly recommend. - Room was a good size, bathroom excellent. Everything very clean. Staff were friendly, helpful (they let us check in early at 09:30).
