Our host, Gail & Peter, were very welcoming and helpful with maps, pointing out places of interest to visit, access to the different transportation. The food was excellent, with home made breads, fresh fruit. Gail & Peter made us feel at home in their home, were very interesting to visit with. We would definitely recommend their B&B

Amazing!!! What more can I say. Darren thank you so much for the wonderful stay we had with you for my partners birthday. Both myself and my partner have allergies to cows milk but darren went above and beyond to ensure my partner had soya milk at breakfast and I had lacto free milk. A big thank you to Darren and the staff at The Moreland for a lovely and thoroughly relaxing weekend. Our room was cosy and modern, and we took far too much advantage of the complimentary chocolates (back to the gym today!). We loved the huge DVD collection, which was a thoughtful touch especially useful on a rainy Saturday afternoon. The breakfast was divine, far nicer than your average ‘continental’ offering and very filling. Darren was a great host, patiently telling us about all the must do

Maja is wonderful, nothing is too much trouble for her. We checked in a bit early and it wasn't a problem, breakfast in bed was delicious and we slept well. Little sweets on the pillows was a nice touch! It's in a great location, only a short walk from all the shops and the Lanes, but it was quiet enough to be able to sleep, too! Perfect!

I liked everything! I have never before been so impressed with a hotel or B&B. Great welcome, wonderful, thoughtful customer service with fantastic attention to detail. Amazing breakfasts served every day and clean well-presented and very comfortable rooms. I barely had to ask for anything during our stay as everything that could make our visit comfortable and pleasant had already been thought of! Brightonwave made our visit to Brighton really special & memorable - highly recommend

27 is the best Bed & Breakfast I have stayed in. The unique high class decor was very tastefully chosen and suited the high class service from Alan & Ollie.
The breakfast was exceptional, the beds were very comfortable, there was attention to detail in the rooms, obviously thought about, and the hosts were outstanding.

Lovely owners -very friendly, helpful and obliging.
They were lovely to chat with and they suggested nice places to eat, gave me taxi details and made up a breakfast pack for me cause I had to leave early and would miss official breakfast. Made the stay really nice.
Nice little touches in room too- marshmallows for you hot chocolate was a particular favourite of mine. I phone dock was good too.
Would love to return.

friendliness of staff. The room was simple but really nice. The whole hotel was comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. Very reasonably priced. Would definately stay there again. - The welcome we received on our arrival and the comfort and homely atmosphere of the hotel and room. Bedroom had all mod cons and breakfast was excellent.
