  Et hotell med god standard. Grei beliggenhet. Serviceinnstilte medarbeidere. Kan godt tenke meg å bruke hotellet ved en senere anledning. Anbefales :-) - The staff on reception were exceptionally helpful on our arrival and allowed us to check in 3 hours early and parked the car for us. We had just arrived from a business night in the Intercontinent... hva folk sier » al Park Lane and taking away the fancy veneer in the room the City Inn was every bit as good (if not better). - Liked the fact that all the little extras were in the room and included in price (apart from prices for the mini bar) ie: free internet access, iron/ironing board, hairdryer, bath robes, mini bar, basket of goodies. There is also a fantastic cocktail bar and restaurant on site and amazing views. - City inn was absolutely brilliant. Clean and spacious,the room even had a Thames view. There was a computer in the room and broadband was free. I wish I had known about the complimentary tea/coffee/cakes which were out of view in a cupbord in the room and I only found out later when booking out.

  Once entering the hotel, we felt welcome greeted by friendly,smiling faces, from the staffs. As well as, from the guests. Our room was great; trendy, clean and comfortable. I also had a Spa treatment, at the hotel. Once entering the Spa, the staff at reception were warm and welcoming.   Nice check in experience - after asking staff about our welcome bottle of wine it arrived on ice to our room within minutes. An excellent way to start a night out. Room service was reduced by 25% between 3 and 5pm so had some food too. King Prawn Ceasar salad was great. Don't expect a great river view unless you have paid extra, perfect location... hva folk sier » for all the main tourist activities in London. - Room was very clean and comfortable. The concierge was extremely helpfulin helping us with transport to the airport, as well as with suggestionsfor a nice restaurant. The kitchen is also very good. It was the besthotel that I've ever stayed at in London.

  Veldig positivt overrasket. Har vært på flere hoteller i London som jeg har vært misfornøyd med. - Great hotel! it's a lot of years that i go to London and i never see a hotel like this! All very clearness, up to the britain standard. We can enter in our rooms with magnetic cards key, it is very useful. We had a remote control and a keyboard plugged to the tv and thanks to that we could use internet for 2 £ daily. - Hotel was excellent. Modern rooms, small but well designed and comfortable. Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Food in restaurant cafe was first class. Rooms well stocked with necessities and towels etc replaced frequently. Great location, shop to one side, small cheaper cafe to the other. 1 minute walk from Paddington tube station where there is an express tube to Heathrow!
