  The management and staff were really friendly and helpful. they offered information and really made our weekend break as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. They told us about the fireworks display and how to see the illuminations and directions to the shops. This was a big help when we were only there for a short time. Great stay. The room was lovely, comfy beds, and the staff were great kept asking if we needed anything, bins emptied everyday when needed, coffee making facillitys filled up when needed.

  We stayed at the Pembroke for 2 nights Friday until Sunday. We were warmly greeted by Alan who showed us to our room and explained how the shower etc worked. The room was spotless and had everything we needed. We were given a family room but there were only 2 of of us so plenty of room.The location was great just across the road from the pub.
