  Fantastic welcome, hotel owners really nice and friendly people. Went out of their way with advice of local parking and restaurants. Hotel rooms immaculate and really good breakfast!   The price and location. We only needed a bed for one night as we were at the George Formby Convention at the Imperial hotel which was 5mins walk away. Our room was basic but clean and comfortable.   The gentleman who owned the hotel was very polite from the start. We were upgraded to a larger room because the hotel was quiet and the hotel itself was spotlessley clean. The hotel was fresh and smelt lovely throughout. The breakfast was lovely and a good size and again the dining area could not be faulted.
