  On arrival they said they had reduced the rate by £5.00 per night as the shower was not working properly, usually you have to complain first. Staff were friendly and room was clean and tidy.   Warm and clean. Hot shower day & night. Staff were exceedingly helpful when I managed to loose a wallet and phone in a taxi home! Thank you all for your help. Would recommend to anyone wanting this area, - Breakfast was above average. Excellent value. Room was nice but simple.
