  Assistance given by staff at the reception desk. - Room was clean, warm and comfortable with everything we required. The full english breakfast was lovely and well worth the money. Most of the staff were very polite and friendly. Would definately stop there again.

  Har bodd der flere ganger - bra standard for et 4 stjerners hotell. Rene pene rom, pent bad og god frokost. So, when pound becomes strong again, I would not choose this hotel because of high room rate. - At £135 a night so close to the tube in a small but cosy and clean, wellfurnished room I was impressed by the hotel. Plus free wifi/internet andbreakfast included made this excellent value. The staff were veryhelpful and welcoming.

  The whole hotel. The room was nice, modern and clean; the bathroom was very big, looked new and clean, the backyard is a fairy tale (lucky us, we where there just the day of the big snowfall!!   On our arrival and departure of the hotel we found the staff very pleasant and helpful. Our room was located at the back of the hotel on the 3rd floor. The room key / card was a little tricky at first to use but after some visual instruction from the hotel staff found it ok to use, (just need to get the card in the correct position for the scanner... hva folk sier » to work). The room was warm, comfortable, quite and suited our needs. We are unable to pass comment on the hotel food as we did not eat in at all. My - I loved the location of the Abba Queensgate hotel; the neighborhood is very charming and a bit off the busy streets. I was also amazed at the size of the room; being a frequent traveler, I do not expect space in a London hotel room, but this hotel was very spacious and well appointed, which was lovely for our family of 4 sharing a family room. I loved the wooden floors, and the modern touches in the hotel which were interspersed with traditional embellishments of the original building. I wou
