  We have to echo everything that 'Adrian from Shanghai' has said about this excellent hotel. From the moment we entered the foyer to book in at the desk we were greeted by friendly helpful staff. Our room was spotless and surprisingly quiet for central London, and the air conditioning on such a hot day was very welcome. We stayed in an executive room so got a four post king size bed that you can get lost in and would recommend paying the little extra for the executive rooms.   Friendly and helpful staff checked us in early to accommodate for our jet lagged one year old. Before they could let us into our room, they kept our bags for us, so we could get acquainted with our surroundings.   The hotel location was great, only a few mins walk from the tube, the room was great, clean and spacious and the value for money was great! Would definalety stay here again! - I only stayed overnight but the room facilities were excellent.

Nyopppusset, noe trangt i ganger etc. - jeg likte overhodet ikke oppholdet, og kommer aldri i verden til å besøke hotellkkjeden igjen. jeg har bodd mange steder over hele verden, men aldri opplevd maken til dårlig service eller fasiliteter noen gang.det er graverende at folk kan ta seg betalt i det hele tatt for så... hva folk sier » nt opplegg, vi opplevde tull og surr fra vi kom til vi skulle dra. det er ikke en ting med hotelloppholdet som er positivt.

  Very good - hotel spotless. It must be noted that I am in agreement that the hotel rooms are very small. It may help to put in the room dimensions in. If you were a 'larger' than average build you may struggle. The Staff were fantastic, very polite and couldnt do enough for you - even opening up a bottle of my own wine to drink in my room. (Th... hva folk sier » ere was no additional charge) I would stay again - The staff were very friendly and accomodating.My Mum and I went to London for a 3 day break, this hotel was convenient for getting to and from the station. The rooms were a bit small, but very clean. I would recommend a stay at this hotel and will certainly go back. Very good value for money!!
