We drove straight to Inverness after getting off the plane so it was our first experience with Scotland. Arafeh was absolutely lovely bringing us in, giving us directions, recommendations for restaurants, and so on. He even recommended that we go for a walk down to the island and back after dinner and it was one of the highlights of our trip. Gorgeous, relaxing, and lovely. Everything was just perfect! The owner Arafeh is the most friendly person we have ever met. You feel completely at home, everything you need you receive at once. Thank you very much for all your help and advice. I recommend your hotel without any hesitation! Thank you for the great apartment, yummy breakfast, your humour and help! Keep well and next time in Inverness we surely know where to stay!

The owner was very nice and friendly. There are only resident parking spaces in front of the house, but the owner has parking licenses which you can ask for. The town center is only a 5 minute walk away. The ensuite-facilities were clean. Although it is in the inner city, the stay is quiet.
The host was really friendly and hospitable. He's been pretty much useful since our arrival when provided us with information and his advice on what is worth to see around, where to have dinner etc. The breakfast was served with finesse.
The man who runs the B&B was nice enough to text me to make sure I was coming, and he stayed up late to meet us when we arrived and directed us to some places for dinner. He was extremely kind and hospitable.
The owner is very friendly and concerned that guests have a good stay. Location good from bus/rail station and near Ness Riverwalk. Good breakfast-excellent pancakes. Good bed.

The bed creaked a bit. Not a negative point, but for some people interesting: the ensuite-bathroom was very narrow.
Somewhat noisy street because of traffic detour. Not always that way.
Shared bathroom facilities but the bathroom provided was very clean and adequate with shower.
This really should not put anyone off visiting.
The suite was very small. Bathroom was only shoulder width and about 8
feet long. Bed was not comfortable. At €77 it was a bit pricey.
Curtains let in light from the street lights. Could do with being thicker, or have blackout lining.
