  Karl and his team were excellent and couldn't do enough to help us. The children's facilities were brilliant and the room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Thanks to the team for providing us with an early breakfast and for cleaning our bedroom later in the day at our request.   It was a lovely hotel except for the children who were running around all evening banging doors and then again at 6.30 in the morning when we told reception they said many people had complained about this group of people and they were sorry I thought the policy of the premier inn was if you dident get a good nights sleep you got a refund ? - We ... hva folk sier » were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. The room was comfy and more importantly the bed. Even though the hotel was so close to the M40 our room was free from traffic noise and was obviously sound proofed to an extent as we heard hardly any noise from other guests rooms.
