The staff were very helpful the room was clean and well appointed it was in need of some decoration but overall that wasn;t a problem. We decided on Arden House after reading other reviews on letsbookhotel.com. We were not disappointed. Beverley was a lovely friendly host and gave us all relevant information when we arrived to make our stay most enjoyable. We could not fault the room, food or the other people who were staying there as we made us of the excellent honesty bar after we returned from our nights out in Harrogate. A lovely and enjoyable experience all round.

On arrival we were offered a free upgrade to a suite which was beautiful. It's close enough to the centre and the surroundings of the hotel are lovely. I would definitely stay there again. - Lovely room which had a nice view over the gardens and staff were very friendly and courteous.

Very attractive and quirky hotel with a great frontage for taking refreshments...even had a heated wooden gazebo! Great room - very spacious and comfortable.
