  I booked the King Room on the first floor (stairs: this is a pub after all) for only one night during my trip from London to see the Walpole/Hermitage collection at nearby Houghton Hall. The inn is situated on the main road through the village, but traffic was sporadic and did not disturb. I had no problem with parking the car on the road just out... hva folk sier » side the inn, which was very handy. My room was excellent in terms of furnishings and amenities (including free WiFi and minibar) and I have in fact s - Sandra was a very friendly helpful and easy to talk to -the room was clean and well prepared with everything you need - excellent quality fluffy towels - the breakfast area was congenial with a jolly good breakfast and selection - more was offered .Useful shop opposite and pleasant little village.An excellent location for a visit to Houghton Hall and Sandringham - what a fabulous value trip that was - an absolute must -wish I had done it beforehand.   Hosts Mike and Sue were very welcoming and assisted us with places of interest and directions. The B&B was beautifully presented in a quiet rural location and attention to detail was excellent- great shower! Yummy home cooked breakfast. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice, the couple who ran it were very accommodating and explained everything and were very friendly. Nice to have a lounge and garden to use plus a tv in the room.
