The apartment is in a quiet residential block and consideration of neighbours is of the utmost importance. Noise, parties or gatherings are not permitted at any time. Anyone causing disturbance to neighbouring apartments will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given. Smoking is strictly prohibited within the building. Anyone wishing to smoke must do so outside. My Glasgow Apartment will charge additional cleaning fees if guests have been found to be smoking within the apartment. Smoke detectors are installed for the safety of guests and neighbours. They must not be tampered with under any circumstances. Any guests found to be interfering with the smoke detectors will be asked to leave the property immediately and no refund will be given. Please inform My Glasgow Apartment in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of GBP 100 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
