apartment was fantastic, new, good layout, good facilities and amenities. location was ok - a good 20 min walk to the heart of the shopping district and royal mile and quite a walk to a supermarket. Great to have a balcony.Parking a small hassle as none on site and you park up the road. Ok when you are settled but for arriving/departing/ unpacking

Isabel and Harry were the perfect hosts. On our arrival, seeing my husband had a disability our room was immediately changed to a first floor room from a second floor room, without even asking. Molly and Roxy the family dogs were adorable and very friendly. We have no problem recommending and staying here again, fantastic.

To keep it in a nutshell - everything! We stayed in the triple room (Nr. 1) which is to the rear side of the building with garden view and very quiet. We left the window open all night. The room is equipped with a fridge, microwave, TV, etc. and tastefully decorated to the highest standard. The breakfast is superb and offers a wide range of choice

Dave and Susan were the nicest couple, who made you feel friendly and at home in their beautiful Georgian style B&B in the city centre of Edinburgh. The B&B is conveniently located; it's a 25 minutes walk to the Royal Mile or a bus ride of 5 minutes. The breakfast was exceptionally well organised with lots of fresh fruits, croissants, yoghurts and cereals, and many different sorts of baked goods.
I would recommend this B&B to everyone and if we return to Edinburgh, we will definitel

Sentralt beliggende - The decor was great in the hotel. Was lovely and the staff friendly and helpful. It felt tremendously homely and the bed was so comfortable. There is NO better place to stay. The staff is simply wonderful... Especially Harvey! This is the most ideal location.. You are by everything! It made my hop on hop off tour kind of pointless because of the fact you are that close to everything...and the flats were fantastic!! The one on Blair st is updated and a bit modern while the ones on High

1) Location for sight-seeing.
2) Facilities included kitchen and washing machine in apartment. The kitchen was well-equipped for its purpose as a travel accommodation.
3) Separate bedroom, so if you travel with someone whose sleep schedule is different than yours, they will not have to wake you up.
I don't know how much the company will accommodate your request, such as for a quiet apartment, but they supposedly do have different properties under their management, so it's worthwhile to ask.
