  It is a suite hotel less than a ten minute walk from the main Railway Station and ten seconds off the Royal Mile. Our suite was actually a fully equipped apartment with dishwasher, microwave kitchen sink refrigerator and plenty of kitchen utensils. Perfect location - closer to the station. However, you will surely need to take a cab from the Metro to the Hotel (if carrying heavy luggage) 2nd option would be to climb around 108 steps towards the hotel (from the metro station).   The older gentleman working in the reception was a perfect example of hospitality and he also seemed to have a great knowledge of Edinburgh, which he shared generously. As for the room itself, it was very quiet, spacious and had a cool and modern design. Regarding the location, the hotel is situated within walking distance from the - We arrived and were greeted by Stuart, who was very friendly and courteous during our check-in process. Then he took the time to give us a map and explain the many different things to see and do and made suggestions on how to go about it. He was very helpful. Every time we saw him at the desk as we were coming and going, he would make time to engage in conversation if we sought it out.   Everything about this hotel was incredible - we found ourselves wanting to stay longer - Gaia at the front desk reception was so very helpful, friendly and enthusiastic about the property. Our room was spacious and included anything one might need for extended stays. The "Roxburgh's Court Close" location was not as difficult to find and ac - The apartment space was luxurious, comfortable, very well thought out and utilised - with modern open-plan living in mind, balcony with fold back door to seamlessly bring the outside space in, serviced to a high standard daily; friendly and very helpful staff. Very central location at the 'Lawnmarket' on the 'Royal Mile' in the Old Town, in the shadow of the castle itself - great for sight- seeing most within a very short walking distance and only a short bus ride to others.

  The apartments are spacious and had everything we could need. The staff were extremely friendly and very accommodating. We arrived early in Edinburgh and they allowed us to check-in 4 hours early. The city pads are very well located. There is a Sainsburys local about 1 minute walk away, as well as some cafes like Peter's Yard and Starbucks. We fou... hva folk sier » nd the apartments very peaceful, no disturbances at nights and we were only on the 2nd floor. I will definitely be booking the city pads again when w - Brilliant location for the Fringe festival and town etc. The bed was so comfortable and duvet and pillows gorgeous - a real treat. Everything we wanted to feel home from home with a modern edge. Will definitely be staying again but will book for longer next time!
