Quiet, good room size, comfy, friendly staff
Tight car park spaces, lifts sound dodgy and don't give a quality impression
Staff were very helpful food and rooms very good
Easy to get to city centre and to airport
Lovely big family room,excellent housekeeping.
The bathroom liked tired and in need of renovation, especially around the bath area.
Loc near Haymarket Station & close to buses. Cheerful & efficient staff. Usual good size rooms/bathroom. Well equipped. Tea&coffee/kettle etc. Comfortable bed, different types pillow available.
Double glazing is in poor repair in my 4th floor room - draught whistled in when rain/wind outside. Heating control had max of 23 C - it only just kept up with the cold draught and I wanted it warmer.
Very good large room, with an extremely comfortable bed, in an excellent location for sightseeing.
Restaurant rather small for the number of rooms, which led to some queues at breakfast, if you arrived after 9.
we have stayed with u a few times as we visit our son in uni ,We realy enjoy our stay nd ur staff are fantastic ,look foward to visiting again in the new year .The location is great just a few mins walk to city center Evelyn Ireland
Friendly staff, breakfast was excellent, evening food was good. Room adequate and clean
Bit panicky sometimes at breakfast
Easy to get to and from and has parking a must for me.
bit more choice in the tea and coffee in the rooms
Great reception and bar staff! Dining room staff were super helpful and efficient!
nothing
Everything as above. Breakfast was lovely too. All staff were very nice
Nothing
Easy commute into city
Room on Morrison Street side was very noisy when pubs nearby emptied - lasted for well over an hour
We enjoyed everything from the swift check in to the spacious and very comfortable room and more than you eat breakfast superb keep up the great work.
Very convenient but quiet
Our group came over from Ireland and I hav to say that the staff were ever so friendly. The hotel is cheap and cheerful. I would recommend this hotel.
It is a wee bit out from the main area but a walk or a short taxi journey will sort that out.
Comfortable, & good sleep
Everything was perfect for a weekend visit to your fantastic city.i have no complaints about the hotel it was excellant!
Friendly and helpful staff, nice clean, comfortable rooms.
Excellent central location, and very friendly & welcoming staff. Great value pre-theatre dinner too,

Friendly young staff in dining area, good breakfasts
Room too hot, as was hot watertap
Only a short walk from the station and excellent pubs. A quiet location with an easy walk to the city centre. A good breakfast set us up for the day.
Can be crowded at breakfast.
Your desk staff proved to be very efficient in handling a surge of customers arriving during the week of halfterm holiday week
No complaints look forward to our next stay
would book again ,highly reccomended.
Everything really. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Loads of really good facilities in the hotel and nearby the hotel. Will definately be staying again
The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was ready early so we were given the key which was most appreciated. We also used the luggage room after we booked out without any fuss or trouble, again most convenient. All staff we encountered were polite and friendly - seem like a brilliant team of people.
We had a family room which was slightly shabby but clean and comfortable. We stayed for 2 nights but I didnt sleep well at all on the second night as the room was too hot and we had no way to control the temperature - other than opening the window! The thermostat did not seem to work.
I liked the overall stay at your hotel. Being a frequent user of premier inns, you tend to compere, and you came out very high.i would be glad to recommend to anyone.also having a park car on site.
Insructions I received where not very good hence it took us sometime to find you.
The toilet did not flush properly and the bed was to low and small also the bed light switches were only on one side of the bed and to far away facilities in the bathroom were ok room 801
Very comfortable bed, and good size room. Within walking distance to Princess Street.
No dislikes
We had a very nice stay, excellent customer service.
We were disturbed early morning due to a tradesman coming to our door as their was a leak and he was trying to locate the source. However I am pleased to say that when we advised the lady at reception she said she would arrange for our breakfast cost to be refunded
the staff were very friendly and helpful. Good location.
the girls loved the teddy that thye got to borrow and write in the diary - made their holiday. food choice there was alway something and a good brekkie
bar and food area all in same part and there were a few people with choice language in one night - the staff did remind them it was a hotel though. i found the bed uncomfartable
Easy access to princes street - good sized rooms & great breakfast
No complaints
Reception Staff were lovely
Bed in room 540 was really hard & uncomfortable
Hotel was very clean. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and all in all a brilliant hotel for a city break to Edinburgh.
Only thing I would moan about if I had to was we were in a disabled room, for no reason, just that we were chosen for that room and the bath was extremely narrow and low and also had hand rails etc so was impossible to have a comfortable bath.
Staff very friendly and helpful especially with a baby. Good location for city centre. Good breakfast.
Think WiFi should be free for unlimited access. It has been at the four other hotels we have stayed at this week.
Good location to stroll into town.about £100 less for not being in the centre . And an excellent breakfast that sets you up for the day !!
We were on the 1st floor overlooking the road and found it quite noisy at night ,presumably people going home from bars and clubs all hours !
Ease of check in. Simple straight forward. Good staff
No concerns good value for money.
everything apart from the noise
noisy
Ghost trip learnt lots of history about Edinburgh
So many homeless people
No complaints at all. Very good,
The staff were excellent, from reception, restaurant to room services.Nothing too much trouble.Thank you.
Assured standard of cleanliness and comfort.
Location is easily reachable from airport and city center. It is just few minutes walk from Haymarket Station of Airport Busses. From the city center it is easy to find a bus passing just in front of the hotel entrance. If you like to walk it is about 20 minutes to city center.
You need to pay £3/day for wireless internet. In our room the signal was weak. We needed to stand next to the door of the room to connect to Internet. The heating system of the room was not satisfactory. We always woke up in a cold room in the mornings. I think the themostate of the radiator does not turn on automatically once it turns off.
Every member of staff were very helpful.
Good location. Parking at the back of the hotel which is one of the reasons I booked this particular premier inn ten minute walk to princes street would use again
location, ideally situated near train station
helpfulness of the staff, breakfast was excellent, room was clean and warm
the fact that the room we had was a long way from the lift or stair
We were made very welcome and nothing was to much trouble
Great location with bus stops outside the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was always good and the room was clean and comfortable. Would use again without a doubt.
Nowt
The friendly and helpful staff throughout the Hotel My room comfortable, good food in the restaurant. Handy for the city and buses.
