The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring Chester. The room was modern and clean and the staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast was lovely too with an excellent choice of menu, all cooked to order. the staff were exceptional, as one of our party of eight has coeliac disease, but not a problem to them, even down to breakfast on sun morning, she was well catered for, thoughtful and freindly personel - Staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. The room was clean tidy and comfortable. Facilites were great

Check in was easy and we were given an unexpected upgrade to an executive room overlooking the gardens. This was very comfortable, clean and quiet. We ate in the bar the first day which was good (but some vegetables would have been an added bonus!) When we were departing from the car park we couldn't get out due to an illegally parked car and the hotel staff went out of their way to successfully rectify the problem. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Very central location. We had such a pleasant time and will definately be returning in the near future.

The service from arrival to departure was outstanding, staff were very friendly, helpful, nothing was too much trouble - we were made to feel really special. The room was spotless, the super king size bed was blissfully comfortable. The hotel is in a very convenient location and easy to find. This was 5-star luxury at a very reasonable rate. -

He was friendly, helpful delightful to talk too.We arrived exhausted after an eventful day he was the most calming accommodating chap, nothing was too much effort for him.The room was excellent the bottled water and shortcake biscuits went down a treat. The staff were the most friendly hotel staff I have ever met. We got lost on the way there and the receptionist stayed on the phone for 20 minutes directing us. I travel a lot for business and pleasure and have never experienced customer service as good as this. The bed was also like sleeping on a cloud.

It's a quiet, friendly and welcoming place to stay. Such love and care have gone into making everyone's stay a great one. The room was peaceful, well appointed and immaculately clean. Lovely, clean B&B with friendly service and good value for money. Stayed one night in a twin room with my son as he had an exam early in the morning and the hostess couldn't have been more helpful while still being unobtrusive. The room was spacious and comfortable and very clean! Facilities include Sky, free Wi-FI and parking. Tasty breakfast with plenty on offer. It is a 15 minute walk into the town centre.
