  Very friendly staff, and the bathroom facilities were excellent - very clean and convenient, since the toilet and the shower were together. The 4-room female dorm I stayed in had ample space. This was very different and miles better than the backpackers place I stayed at in London. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and tidy. The breakfast is the most enjoyable continental breakfast I have ever seen in hostels, and there are free dinner nights. There is a living room where you can watch films and play video games. The locaton is excellent, just ten minutes walk to the castle.

  It was above expectations. We were impressed by the cleanliness and well organized rooms and tidy kitchen. The price was fair in comparison to other hotels. The flat was not tight as compared to most UK hotels and flats. It is an excellent choice for the families. - The apartment was spacious and well decorated, and also conveniently located.

  We were upgraded to the master suite for the same rate we were paying, as there was some confusion over our booking. When we opened the door we were wowed, absolutley fantastic view over Cardiff Bay and the room was very comfortable and quite.   We found the complex easily and were swiftly met by friendly staff who showed us to the secure parking bay and our apartment. This was very clean with a lovely view towards the bay, really quiet with nice big Windows to open. The underfloor heating kept it a nice temperature and the lovely bathroom offered a shower and bath with soap and shower ge... hva folk sier » ls and fresh clean towels. Having booked parking we saved time and money on finding any in the city, which was just 15 minutes away as was the Bay an - Absolutely love this place. I felt as if I just changed residence. The staff were very prompt prior to arrival and took care of any questions, concerns, and had good advice for venues. They also provided 25% off at 5 restaurants and pubs down by the wharf. The wharf was about 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The city center was about 10 minutes walk in the opposite direction. It was very comfortable stay.
