  It is, by a long way, the loveliest place I've ever stayed; beats every five star hotel I've stayed in, in every country, and every US State. The staff, Sarah and Sarah, are so friendly and enthusiastic, the rooms are gorgeous (I had a deluxe room; enormous and beautiful room, with large bathroom - even nicer than the pictures, which is quite some... hva folk sier » thing!), overlooking beautiful lawns and part of the Canterbury countryside that is so picturesque. Breakfast is extremely good; and the layout of the - This large B&B has several choices of accommodation, and we stayed in the cottage at the top of the yard set apart from the other buildings, which was very romantic. It had the most comfortable bed you can imagine, a roaring wood-burning stove, and a lovely view. Breakfast was one of the best I have had in an English B&B, everything fresh and local and of excellent quality.

  quiet, clean, garden, and great breakfast. - We had a really nice stay. The hotel was traditional in a nice way, excellent breakfasts, a very pleasant restaurant with good food, a comfortable room, and friendly, professional staff. Also the location is good (readily accessible from Dover, good for visiting Canterbury centre and Kent).   Everyone was extremely friendly and more than happy to help. The Hotel is a 10 minute walk from the City Centre but in dire weather (as was this weekend) taxi's are happy to pick up/drop off. - Only stayed overnight but impressed with the helpfulness of the staff, especially reception when booking in.

We checked in and our bags were taken to our rooms while we parked the car and took the short walk back. Fantastic location - literally a stones throw from the beautiful town. Check in first, unload suitcases and hostess will give you specific parking permit to display and location. Easy.
