Girl on reception was exceptionally helpful and friendly. A really good first impression. The room was simple but stylish. - Proximity to the centre, ease of access and parking facilities. Very nice setting and out of the ordinary in a good way.

Great for being in the middle of Canterbury and a good base for the conference I attended. Great access to Canterbury, close to the station. Incredibly quiet, despite fears of noise from local clubs nearby. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Clean and confortable. Staff were friendly and attentive. -

The service in this hotel was the best we have ever experienced, and we travel alot! All members of staff were professional and helpful - attentive to our every need, even anticipating the needs of our group. The hotel was delightful, full of character and the location just 5 minutes walk from the town center was ideal. The breakfast was generously proportioned and there was ample choice.
