Staff were generally friendly. The room was very 'homely' even though it was obviously a very old building. Was cosy at night. The area wasn't too noisy even though it was on the beach. Very pleased with my stay, already planning to stay here again when me and my friend next visit Brighton.

friendliness of staff. The room was simple but really nice. The whole hotel was comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. Very reasonably priced. It is located in West Hove, which suited me for my purposes, but may not suit everyone. The room was clean, the staff welcoming and the breakfast was excellent. I would definitely stay here again -

We have stayed here twice and have been more than happy! The rooms are clean, comfortable and all you will need for a weekend in Brighton. It's a 5-10 minute walk to the centre of Brighton so perfectly located. We would definitely stay there again!
