Professional and pleasant service from the receptionist, even though she was under great pressure due to staff shortages. Breakfast area spacious and light - It was very well situated, just a short walk from the town centre and the new Market Place shoppig centre. Staff were really friendly.

All staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. We hadn't originally opted for breakfast but at a fiver each we changed our mind. Best decision ever. The breakfast was better than any of the much more expensive hotels I've stayed at. Rooms have free wifi and good size tv and were clean. The double bed was clean and comfortable. -

We had a few (tightly budgeted) days to spend in Manchester/Liverpool and so Tramways Hotel and Bolton in general were an ideal choice — almost half the price of hotels in the bigger cities and a very good transport link to both of them. -
The staff were so friendly and helpful, and couldn't have done more to ensure I had a comfortable stay.
