We stayed in a family room and the four of us all fit perfect! The staff were very accomoadating for us and very friendly. The breaksfact was lovely and location was perfect!

the hotel is in the city and therefore easy to explore the city.
the fact that there is no car park.my car was locked in th NCP car park and couldnt get it for early hours of the morning and as a result missed my flight and had to buy new tickets.

The location was excelllent. The leisure facilities were brilliant. Most unexpected - usually a central location does not have leisure facilities as well. It was also good that breakfast was served until 11.00am at weekends.
We were in a smoking room. I did not think to book non smoking, as I thought that with the new legislation there would not be any smoking rooms in the hotel. There were no non smoking rooms available-we did ask.
i had a great time, staff was really helpful. i left my ipod at hotel and they sent it to my home address within 48 hrs

Holiday Inn was easy to get to and we were received very well by courteous and competent staff. The hotel was well located and we felt safe there. I would stay at this hotel again.
cold cooked breakfast. need to concentrate on keeping the eggs and rashers hot. I would not recommend my friends to stay here but on a room only basis.

The reception staff had troble locating the reservation through booking. It took a while to do the check-in.

On arrival reception staff member was more interested in talking toanother member of staff than welcoming my party of three to the hotel.

This hotel was very well situated in the heart of Belfast.The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff helpful and polite.
One minor complaint was that our keycards kept deactivating which meant that we had to go to reception to reactivate them so that we could enter our room.
I liked the friendly staff and having access to movies without having to pay for them that was very good

The pillows were of very poor quality. I had to double mine over to give it some normal height and firmness.
