Our stay was extremely enjoyable. The front of the property was deceiving, looking like a small B&B from the outside but how surprised we were once inside. We were immediately greeted by the hosts who showed us through to the sitting area overlooking the wonderful gardens and breathtaking view over Bath. A very nice accommodation, very well situated - central but quiet. The Hypnos beds that are advertised on the home page are probably older ones (as they are not so comfortable as our Hypnos bed at home :-)).
Breakfast was delicious!
In total a little bit to expensive for what you get.

The hotel is situated right in the middle of one of the most iconic Georgian buildings in the UK. The decor of the hotel is certainly in keeping with the grandeur of its location and the spa and restaurant were faultless.
The service provided by the staff was impeccable - which is a first in my experience! All the staff were warm and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough.
