  The setting is fantastic - every Austin fan's dream. Close to everything but in a quiet location with great views. The hotel itself is beautiful, you walk through a discrete regency front door into a wonderful combination of history, functionality and good taste. The bedrooms were spacious, extremely comfortable with all the touches you'd - The hotel is situated right in the middle of one of the most iconic Georgian buildings in the UK. The decor of the hotel is certainly in keeping with the grandeur of its location and the spa and restaurant were faultless. The service provided by the staff was impeccable - which is a first in my experience! All the staff were warm and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

  Peter, the manager, was extremely helpful and attentive to whatever we needed. The room was large, very clean, and quite comfortable, and the en suite bathroom excellent. The breakfast was hearty and very good.   Lovely breakfast room and full English breakfast.Loved being left alone and not having to be sociable. Enjoyed using the DVD selection and being able to park on the hotel forecourt. - Good location, very clean, high quality furnishings, ensuite was excellent, thick fluffy towels and toiletries included. Very good choice at breakfast.

  This was so much more than a b&b - the rooms were luxurious and the staff were so helpful - nothing was too much trouble - the breakfast was the best I've had anywhere - I would recommend this to anyone - PERFECT - Boutique B&B exactly as it should be. Thankyou for your hospitality.
