  What a pleasant surprise. We booked this hotel because it had an offer "Best deal" and needed an overnight stay at Stansted. Even though the hotel is ideally situated close to the airport and the M4 no noise could be heard. Brekfast is offered but it has also a great service building right next to it with fast food restaurants, Starbucks and a sup... hva folk sier » ermarket. The gentleman who checked us in was extremely friendly and courteous. The room and the bathroom were large and the bed comfortable. Definite - I was here to attend a wedding a few miles away and so none of your above categories fit at all so I had to pick a box and chose mountains as this is the most unsuitable.The staff were very helpful and although I arrived before official check in time I( was able to check in straightaway. It was a hot day but the air conditioning in the room worked perfectly.The helpful receptionist phoned for a taxi for me.

  Kevin and Pauler made us feel very welcome.. We stayed in the house rather than an annexe and this was very comfortable. The cooked breakfast was really good and exceptional value at only £2.50 each. The local pub was very friendly and served good food at a reasonable price. I would recommend this B&B for anyone who needs to stay in this area.... hva folk sier » - Really clean, modern, well appointed and comfortable room. Hosts were friendly and helpful. The £2.50 full english breakfast upgrade has to be the best deal in town and the quality is first class. Even taking the cheap price out of the equation, this is the place to stay in the local area.

  Room was excellent. Bed was very comfy, although quite soft which could be a problem for some. The shower area was big enough to fit several people (if that's your sort of thing). What I had at breakfast was nice.
