  A very friendly 'home from home ' hotel. As a woman staying on my own i felt safe and secure. The staff were welcoming and friendly at all times and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent service all round and breakfast were superb. It will always be my first choice of hotel when staying in this area. - Very good value for money.   The lady at reception (unfortunately I didn't get her name but she was originally from South Africa) was incredibly helpful and informative.   The location of the hotel was perfect. Just off the motorway, but set in lovely wooded gardens so therefore not much noise. In fact, no noise, with window closed! Breakfast was great, plenty of choice and something for everyone.   From the moment I was greeted by the lady of the Hotel, I felt welcome. I was given a very comfortable - if modest double room for a single stay. I wish I could have packed the mattress and pillows into my luggage and taken them home with me. The Bathroom was sufficient, the room was clean and quiet.
