Janet the host was lovely, willing to help in any way possible. We forgot toothpaste and face wipes but she was on hand to help. Breakfast was exactly how we wanted it and she went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed.
We were worried about the shared bathroom but it wasn't bad at all, we didnt see another person use it, and there are actually 2 toilets and a sink in our room so you could still bath/shower without worrying about keeping people waiting. Less than a mile from the

the lady on the front desk on sat 9th was very nice and helpful and nothing was to much for her so if possible i would like this to be relayed to her. - It was very near the town centre,10 minute walk so was handy,room wascheap,clean and no problems what so ever,and didnt hear anyone in thenight or no blood on the sheets lol like some comments,deff

Our room was clean and comfortable,the breakfast was tasty and plentiful and the food in the restaurant in the evenings was superb.All of the staff from the Manager to the waiting staff to the cleaner were all very friendly and helpful and could not have done more to make our stay a good one -

Very relaxed owners, clean rooms. We also had use of a large lounge and conservatory if we wanted it which was helpful for us as a group of friends. Its not too far from the A1 / M62 but far from civilisation, which for us wasn't an issue.
Oh and the shower was lovely and powerful!
Key thing here is excellent value for money if you need somewhere

Excellent accommodation for price. If all you want is a bed to sleep in for the night. It is excellent. Nice to have tea making facilities in the room. We brought a travel cot for our infant (single bed and not cot provided) and there was space in the room for a travel cot.
