  Although booked into the Ivydean we were put into the St,Andrews Hotel across the road. Owned by the same people. The owners were welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and cosy . The breakfast was excellent . Although overlooking a busy raod there was little traffic noise even even though we had the window open during the night.   Stayed here for a wedding we had locally at the weekend, villa was fresh and clean throughout. Karen was absolutely lovely and happy to help with anything. We stayed in the luxury suit and the bed was so comfortable! Best sleep we had had in ages! Would highly recommend and will be booking again if we ever stay over in yr again.
