Bar staff were friendly and pleasent. - the hotel was extremely quiet, which meant you had a good nights sleep, although this was probably due to the fact the majority of guests seemed to be over 70.

  The room was clean and fresh and comfortable and spotlessly maintained by housekeeping. ALL the staff were genuine and friendly, but not imposing. The location was absolutely perfect - directly adjacent to Harlyn Bay, you can hear the surf from the patio in the evening, there are several other fab beaches within a short distance from the hotel.   Judy and chris were so friendly they made us feel completely at home. The room was fantastic, bed really comfy and all the comforts anyone would need. The house was beautiful with loads of character. Breakfast was brilliant so tasty and so much choice.
