  Wonderful experience. The view is breathtaking. The staff, Adam, was such a gentleman, he came Sunday 9pm to show us the apartment. Really felt like home. Plenty of TV channels. Plenty of restaurants around. Comfortable beds. The park just moments away with a fantastic playground for children. The concierge was great. - The location was excellent with a balcony directly overlooking the Thames with views of the London Eye, Shard and the Gherkin. The available parking space was a definite bonus bearing in mind the location. Extremely secure with automated gates at every entry point. No problem with obtaining both a travel cot and a high chair upon arrival

  Good location just a couple of hundred metres from a dlr station and right by the Thames. Friendly, efficient welcome from obviously highly professional staff, who quickly changed the beds when we pointed out we'd booked a twin rather than a double. Room was large and well decorated with a nice view of One Canada Square (Canary Wharf). Tiramisu in... hva folk sier » the room to welcome us. Although we had booked room only, because we were there for the London Marathon, the hotel provided fruit, a cereal bar and L - Staff was exceptional, I have never experienced such seamless service. Housekeeping kept our room spotless. The housekeeper even offered to have a humidifier brought to our room when she heard me coughing. How thoughtful. While dining in the restaurant the staff noticed I was under the weather and made me a special tea. We were sitting in the lounge area and a staff member from the front desk noticed we needed refills on our beverages and alerted the food and beverage staff. I could go on and

  The whole package, location, staff, food was excellent. Staff were helpful and friendly. STK restaurant is fantastic with the best steak I have ever tasted. Lovely touches in the room with nightly bed turndown with choccies, mood lighting and a fully loaded minibar! The Radio Bar is a great sight with lovely staff and fab food again.   We had a lovely room overlooking Big Ben and Parliament. The view was so wonderful, the nights were spectacular watching the boats and the river lights. The weather was warm and balmy and the walks along the river embankment were spectacular. The hotel is in a perfect location, the staff superb and the service top notch. I shall return again soon.... hva folk sier » The County Hall Marriot is a perfect holiday hotel. - Our room overlooked the river. It was well maintained and very clean.The beds were wonderfully comfortable with big feather pillows.The room had plenty of plugs,fluffy white towel dressing gowns,ironing board etc. everything we needed without having to ask. The full English breakfast was big enough to share between two. A lovely place to relax in great comfort.
