I arrived at 1.30 in the morning and was a little anxious trying to find the entrance but when I entered the hotel my anxiety diminished and I fell into the lovely bed encased in soft linens; such a restful atmosphere. We had a problem with the television in the room and even though we had
to relocate to another room, I should like to express our sincere
gratitude to katie who was exceptional pleasant & consumately
professional, also being attentive throughout. We shall undoubtedly be
making a return visit. The location and parking facility being perfect
for our requirements.

Everything. However, letsbookhotel.com made a mistake! You did not have my surname correct, i.e. van Breemen, therefore at first the receptionist said I was not booked in which caused me some stress momentarily. I was travelling with my two grandchildren and you had told premier inn that it was a couple, so they had to get another suitable room

Nice staff.
The room and WC was spotless clean.
Despite being very close to the airport the rooms are properly insulated against noise which added to a very comfortable bed gave us what they promise: a great night's sleep!
The hotel is ideally located and very close to the airport, however bear in mind you should leave the airport complex and most important, if you are using your sat nav, the post code is wrong and it will take you to a parking inside the airport complex.

adjoining room containing two singles and a cot. Beds were comfy,
pillows were really comfy (something I'm picky about).. Had a shower
and a bath, both fine. Room was clean, Free Wifi (took a bit to get

clean beds. My daughter was over from Northern Ireland for an interview

On arrival we were greeted with a very friendly member of staff who explained all the facilities of the hotel and made us feel welcome. Only stayed one night to visit friends after having spent the weekend at a wedding in North Wales. Would certainly stay again if we were in the area.

We got just that, our room was on the other side of the hotel well away from the kitchen and bar area so it was very quiet, and we had superb views. The Hotel or Hostel if you wish to call it that, was in a semi rural position but only 15 mins away from the centre of Chester. The room was in a row of chalets positioned around a garden to the rear was a wooded area with an abundance of rabbiits and squirrals the room itself was very clean and warm. Rommet kunne vært renere, men det gjør ikke noe om det ikke er perfekt siden man tross alt må forvente at man får hva man betaler for.
