We were upgraded free of charge, the room was beautiful, the staff really helpful and pleaseant and we ordered room service. The food was lovely. the apartment was complete with cooking utensils and eating cutleries which made our stay so much easier. it's like having your home when you're traveling. there is not much noise heard although it is exactly opposite to the Central station. there is a lot of shops around, thus eating around is not a problem if cooking yourself is not an option. t

Completely new hotel with excellent location in the city center. Spacious apartment included very comfortable bed, big flat TV, small kitchen (with all the equipment), large bathroom and free wi-fi. Nice and polite staff - we received wi-fi code and free city map automatically at check in. At check out we needed to catch a flight very early in the morning, they called us a private taxi which cost less than 14 pounds (better rate than standard taxi). Would definitely stay again.

We all absolutely loved the apartment. Everyone commented that it was nicer than where they live! I would definitely return. We were there for my Hen Do. As a bunch of 30+ ladies, it was nice to have a luxury apartment to retreat to and recover from all the madness. The hotel is located closed to Liverpool One and many attractions, including Albert Dock. There are many restaurants nearby, also some fast food chains and budget friendly meals (eg. fish & chips).
Parking is available in the building across the street with discount rate (ticket to be collected from hotel reception), if guess brings their own cars. A Tesco supermarket is located in this building.
